Online Grief and Loss Therapy & Counselling
Hi, I’m Lula. We haven’t met yet but I’m glad you’re here.
Therapy with Lula is an online therapy practice for adults navigating grief, loss, relationships and life’s inevitable changes. I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
Life experiences shape and mould us. Sometimes through the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, changes in health, family dynamics, moving home or simply finding ourselves in a place we had never imagined. When what’s in front of us no longer feels familiar, we may lose touch with ourselves. In situations like these, we can feel exhausted from carrying so much, overwhelmed, deeply sad or all of the above.
When life leaves us feeling helpless, even powerless, it’s easy to forget we can still make choices.
Therapy can become a place where you begin to realise, “Oh, I do have a choice”. Not over what’s happened but how you would like to move forward, what matters to you now and the life you’d like to build alongside your experiences. Therapy with me isn’t about having all the answers. It’s a space to understand yourself and your experiences more deeply, get curious and reconnect with yourself and your values. I welcome the whole you, with warmth, honesty and total compassion.

5. What would our first session look like?
It is a more in-depth getting to know you, who you are, your pain and your desires, goals and how best I can support you. You are of course also free to ask questions, clarify anything you feel unsure about.
6. How do I know if you can help me?
Honestly, you are the best judge of that. People will often have a gut instinct reaction of, '“this person gets me” or “I don’t feel comfortable with this person”. But generally, I work best with people who are willing to be honest and committed even if that feels messy, contradictory or overwhelming. If you’re carrying grief, loss, relational pain, or you’ve spent a long time feeling like you have to hold it all together on your own; I can definitely support you.
I’m not here to ‘fix’ you or rush you through anything. I’ll sit with you in what’s hard, help you make sense of it, and gently challenge the patterns that keep you stuck. I support individuals to reconnect to themselves and recognise their values and worth.
If you want someone who will meet you as a full human being, not a problem to solve, let’s work together.
